Aquatic Center

Prior to April 15, register/apply for Season Passes, Birthday Parties, Private Parties/Group Rentals, and Swimming Lessons in-person at the Parks Administration Office (515 E Dewey, Sapulpa) then pay in-person at City Hall (425 E Dewey, Sapulpa).

After April 15, register and pay in-person at the Aquatic Center (701 N Brown, Sapulpa) during Office Hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, closed for lunch 1-2pm). Registrations and financial transactions cannot be completed via phone or electronic communication.

Entrance Fee:

  • $4.00 Per person General Session (3 years and under free) - Sunday - Saturday 12 Noon - 6pm
  • $3.00 Twilight Swim - Last Hour of the Day (Sun-Sat 5pm - 6pm)
  • $3.00 Lap Swim - Monday -Thursday, 7:30am - 11am, and 6pm - 7pm.
  • $4.00 Sensory Swim - Tuesday & Thursday, 11am - 12 Noon
  • Required for entrance into Aquatic Center for all persons older than 3 years old, whether or not patron swims.
  • Group of 100+ During Business Hours: $3.00 per person (3 years and under free)

Locker Rentals:

$1.00 per day

Swim Lessons Rates:

$40 per session per child • $5 Discount if registered before May 1

Season Pass:

  • Individual Entrance Pass: $100 ($10 Discount if purchased prior to May 1st) Assigned to an individual person
  • Individual Lap Pass: $50 ($10 Discount if purchased prior to May 1st) Assigned to an individual person
  • Family Pass: $200 for four entrance passes + $25 for additional children ($20 Discount on package of four if purchased prior to May 1st, no discounts on additional children) Assigned to individual people
  • Punch Card: $35 10-Entry Pass, not assigned to an individual person

Birthday Parties

  • 2 Hours, $150 for groups of 10 children + $15 for any additional children
  • Includes $4.00 admission for 10 children + admission for 3 adults + slice of pizza or nachos or hot dog per person + drink per person + ice cream bar for all children
  • Group may bring in a birthday/celebration cake, but no other outside food or drinks are allowed.
  • A "Birthday Party" reservation must be made and paid-in-full two weeks in advance to receive party-specific amenities (food, drink, etc.)
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

Private Party / Group Pool Rentals

  • Available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings after public swim hours (i.e. 6pm).
  • All fees due at time of reservation.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
  • Pool concession open only upon request at time of reservation.
  • Aquatic Center staffing will vary based on size of rental party and shall be adjusted by the Aquatic Center at any time to maintain required safety ratios.

Pretty Water Lake

Fishing and boating permits available for purchase by check/cash only at Sahoma Lake Bait & Concession Store or at Sapulpa City Hall, Sapulpa Wal-Mart, or Sand Springs Wal-Mart.

City Fishing Permit Fees

Required per season in addition to applicable state fishing license(s) for fishing upstream of waterfall. Nov-Mar (trout season) April 15-Oct 15 (catfish/panfish). Separate passes required for each season.

Daily Pass (9 Years Old+): $5

Season Passes:

  • Up to 8 Years Old: FREE
  • 9-16 Years Old: $10
  • 17-64 Years Old: $15
  • 65+ Years Old: $10
  • Family Permit (4 passes): $25

Family Permit available only at Sahoma Lake Bait & Concession Store. Other permits available for purchase at Sapulpa City Hall, Sapulpa Wal-Mart, or Sand Springs Wal-Mart.

Boating Fees

Non-gas motors only on Pretty Water Lake

Annual Permit: $10 for use at Lake Sahoma and Pretty Water. Complimentary with purchase of any fishing permit.

Sahoma Lake

Fishing, boating, camping, and hunting permits available for purchase by check/cash only at Sahoma Lake Bait & Concession Store or at Sapulpa City Hall, Sapulpa Wal-Mart, or Sand Springs Wal-Mart.

City Fishing Permit Fees

Required in addition to applicable state fishing license(s).

  • Up to 16 years old: FREE
  • Annual Permit (17-64 Years Old): $10
  • Daily Permit (17-64 Years Old): $2
  • 65+ Years Old: FREE
  • Disabled Exhibiting SSI Card: FREE

Enjoy free fishing on June 6-7, 2020 at Sahoma Lake only without a city fishing permit or state fishing license. Visit www.wildlifedepartment.com for future dates.

Boating Fees

Boating on Sahoma limited to maximum 12 horsepower engines, speed limit 12 mph in main body of Lake Sahoma and 4 mph in west end of lake and in coves/fingers.

Annual Permit: $10 for use at Lake Sahoma and Pretty Water. Complimentary with purchase of any fishing permit.

Camping Fees

  • Tent Camping: $6 per night    (First-come, first-serve; maximum two tents per site)
  • RV Camping: $12 per night    (1 R/V per site, includes electric and water hook-up, $1 discount for Seniors)
  • Long Term RV Camping: $350 per month

Must have signed lease on file for long-term camping. Contact Sahoma Lake Bait & Concession Store for long-term camping rules and regulations.

Hunting Fees

Annual Permit: $10

Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation determines teal, duck, and geese hunting seasons (usually September through December). Annual City Hunting Permit required in addition to applicable state license(s).

Participate in the Duck Blind Drawing for priority use of one of fourteen designated duck blinds at Lake Sahoma. Annual City Hunting Permit must be purchased prior to entering drawing. Contact Sahoma Bait & Concession Store to participate and fore more hunting regulations.

Senior Citizen Community Center

Though dates can usually be checked over the phone, reservations must be made in-person at the Senior Citizen Community Center (515 E. Dewey Ave, Sapulpa) then payment submitted in-person at City Hall (425 E Dewey, Sapulpa). Reservations and financial transactions cannot be completed via phone or electronic communication. All fees must be paid-in-full at time of reservation to secure dates.

Senior Citizen Community Center is available for community rentals on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Friday evening of the month, all day Saturday, and Sunday before 6pm. Weeknights are reserved for senior programming.

Meeting Room:

$37.50 per hour, 2 hours minimum

Commercial Kitchen:

$25 in addition to meeting room hourly rate
